§ 281-6. License fee
Every application for license under this act shall be accompanied by an annual license fee as set by section 603-A(3) of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”1 All licenses shall expire on October first annually. No abatement of the said license fee shall be made if the license is issued for less than one year. Every license shall be renewed annually on the first day of October and an annual license renewal fee as set by section 603-A(3) of “The Administrative Code of 1929” shall be paid for the next ensuing license year.
All license fees and fines received by the Secretary of Banking shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Banking Department Fund for the use of the Secretary of Banking in administering this act.
