Commencing in Lewisburg, and running over route twenty-four1 to Winfield, thence by way of New Berlin to a point near Penns Creek, thence over route twenty-six2 to Mifflinburg, thence by way of Hartleton to a point on the dividing line between Union, and Centre counties, thence by way of Woodward, Millheim, and Centre Hall into Bellefonte, Centre County.
