§ 670-909. Termination of agreements for maintenance
Any agreement for maintenance entered into under the provisions of section nine hundred six of this act1 may be terminated by either party upon three (3) months' written notice to the other, provided that such termination shall not affect any liability incurred under the agreement up to the effective date of its termination.
