Beginning at Roseburg in Perry County on route one hundred and ninety-one;1 thence in an easterly direction by way of Eschol to a junction of the Marklesville-New Bloomfield road and the Newport-Marklesville road at the Lutheran Church situated about one-half mile west of the bridge crossing Big Buffalo Creek.
