§ 391g. Incarceration of civilian prisoners prohibited (Adm. Code § 1417)
Civilian prisoners, either pending trial or appeal or after sentencing, shall not be incarcerated at any military reservation, base or facility within Pennsylvania, whether owned by the Federal or State Government, on a temporary or permanent basis.
