§ 2989.51. Construction authorized
The Department of Highways, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized to erect and construct a bridge from the foot of Fifth Street in the City of Reading across the Schuylkill River to connect with the Morgantown Road in the City of Reading, Berks County, or to connect Fifth Street in the City of Reading with the limited access highway running parallel to the Schuylkill River.
