§ 328.705. Certain persons prohibited

No licensed distributor nor any person who has been convicted of a felony or of a violation of the act of July 10, 1981 (P.L. 214, No. 67),1 known as the Bingo Law, or of this act or of any comparable State or Federal law shall have a pecuniary interest in the operation or in proceeds.
