Commencing at a point on route number five hundred and forty-two1 in Ridley Township, Delaware County; thence over Swarthmore Avenue and Swarthmore Road, through Ridley Township to Morton; thence continuing across the Baltimore Pike to a point intersecting with State highway number two hundred and twenty-five2 near Marple.
