Beginning at a point on State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Fifty-seven1 at the City of Bethlehem; thence through the Borough of Hellertown, Northampton County; thence to a point on the dividing-line between the Counties of Bucks and Northampton; thence to West Springtown School House, intersecting with a road running from Quakertown to Delaware River.
