§ 1041. Route 70. From Pittsburg to Kittanning
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Pittsburg, and running by way of Sharpsburg, Aspinwall, and Tarentum to a point on the dividing line between Allegheny and Butler counties; thence to a point on the dividing line between Butler and Armstrong counties; thence to Freeport; thence over route sixty-nine1 into Westkit, on the Allegheny River, opposite Kittanning, Armstrong County.
