Beginning at a point on State highway route number two hundred and forty-one1 at Skinners Eddy in Wyoming County; thence to a point on the dividing line between the counties of Wyoming and Bradford; thence to Silvara in Bradford County; thence to a point on the dividing line between the counties of Bradford and Susquehanna; thence by way of West Auburn and Kinneys to a point on State highway route number fourteen2 at Lawton, Susquehanna County.
