§ 976. Route 5. From Wilkes-Barre to Scranton
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Wilkes-Barre, and running by way of Pittston and Avoca to a point on the dividing line between Luzerne and Lackawanna counties, and thence to the boundary line of the city of Scranton, Lackawanna County.
