§ 670-717. Approval of public utility commission
If any bridge to be constructed, replaced or repaired under the provisions of section seven hundred twelve of this act1 crosses the tracks of a public utility, the department shall institute proceedings to secure the requisite approval of the Public Utility Commission of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
