§ 1138. Route 166. From Stroudsburg to Easton
Commencing in Stroudsburg, and running by way of Delaware Water Gap to a point on the dividing line between Monroe and Northampton counties; thence by way of Portland, Mount Bethel, East Bangor to Bangor; thence over route one hundred and sixty-five1 to Wind Gap; thence by way of Belfast and Stockertown to a point on the boundary line of the city of Easton, Northampton County.
