§ 510-34. Bonds for certain wells (Adm. Code § 1934-A)
No bond or bond substitute shall be required for any well drilled prior to April 18, 1985, where such well would have otherwise been subject to the bonding requirements of section 215 or 603.1 of the act of December 19, 1984 (P.L. 1140, No. 223),1 known as the “Oil and Gas Act.”
