§ 670-784. Fees and expenses
The fees and expenses to be allowed the viewers and inspectors, and the proper charge for the preparation of the plans and specifications of such bridge, and the superintending of construction of the same, the cost of advertising, cost of all legal proceedings, and all other costs and expenses whatsoever, shall be paid by the county or counties in which the bridge is located, and the amount of the fees and expenses herein provided to be paid, shall be fixed by the court according to the circumstances of the case, upon notice to the county commissioners.
