§ 871. State highway in Clarion, Forest, Elk, and McKean counties
A State Highway is hereby established, the route of which shall be as follows:--
Beginning at a point on route number two hundred and forty-eight at Leeper, in Farmington Township, Clarion County, and extending in a general northerly direction through the villages of Crown, Vowinckel, Marienville, and connecting with route number ninety-five at Kane, Pennsylvania.
