§ 1758-402. Particular roads
<Act 1961, Sept. 18, P.L. 1389, No. 615, art. IV, § 402, describes with particularity the township roads to be taken over. 36 P.S. § 1758-402 presents Act 1961-615, § 402 routes by designation number and enacting or amending legislative citation only. >
<Pursuant to 36 P.S. § 670-222, the Secretary of Transportation may abandon State highway routes with the approval of impacted municipalities. Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 9206, the Department of Transportation periodically publishes a listing of highways transferred in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. See e.g., 28 Pa.B. 5387 (Oct. 24, 1998).>
