§ 2989.21. Construction authorized
The Department of Highways, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized to construct a highway and to erect and construct a bridge over the Chester River in Delaware County, between Twenty-second Street and Upland Avenue in the Borough of Upland and a point on the Chester Expressway in the City of Chester South, and to acquire the necessary land for the approaches thereto.
