§ 1842. Act becomes effective, when
This act shall become effective immediately upon its signing by the Governor, and the passage by the State of Ohio of a substantially similar act, ratifying the compact or agreement herein set forth and the passage of an act of Congress of the United States of America, consenting thereto.
