Commencing at a point on State highway route number twenty-seven1 in the Borough of Millheim, Centre County; and running thence in a northerly direction, by way of Little Sugar Valley, through Penn, Miles, and Walker Townships, to a point on State highway route fifty-eight2 near the village of Nittany in Walker Township, Centre County.
