§ 670-771. County bridge defined
The term “county bridge,” as used herein shall mean all bridges maintained, owned and controlled by the several counties, and known as county bridges, which now are or hereafter may be erected over and across the navigable rivers and such other streams as have been declared public highways by act of Assembly.
