§ 670-213. Acceptance of canal property acquired by department of forests and waters
The secretary may in his discretion accept, for the purposes of location, relocation, construction or reconstruction, and maintenance and repair of highways, and purposes incidental thereto, any canal property acquired by the Secretary of Forests and Waters and by him transferred to the department. Upon such transfer, the Department of Forests and Waters shall be relieved of all control over or responsibility for such property.
