§ 2372. Submission to General Assembly for ratification
The compact negotiated by the Secretary of Transportation shall be submitted by the Governor to the General Assembly and shall become immediately operative as to the Commonwealth and other states that ratify it whenever it has been ratified by a duly enacted law of this Commonwealth, and by any other states as their laws may prescribe, and the Congress of the United States has, if required, consented thereto.
