Commencing in Forest City in Susquehanna County at an intersection with State highway route number two hundred and ninety-six;1 and running thence by way of the Curtis Road to the North and South turnpike at Curtis Valley in Wayne County; thence to an intersection with State highway route number two hundred and twenty-seven2 at Creamton.
