§ 510-16. Mine inspectors (Adm. Code § 1916-A)
Subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, anthracite mine inspectors and bituminous mine inspectors shall, respectively, under the direction of the Secretary of Environmental Resources, continue to exercise the powers and perform the duties by law vested in and imposed upon them.
