§ 745.12a. Gubernatorial review
The Governor may institute procedures for the review and approval of regulations promulgated by executive agencies prior to their submittal for review under this act, including, but not limited to, the establishment of a task force or committee, by executive order. The Governor may also establish procedures for the effective coordination of the review of regulations under the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L. 950, No. 164), known as the “Commonwealth Attorneys Act,”1 and sections 612 and 2203-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”2
