§ 1738-77. Cambria county; additional roads
In addition to the township roads adopted as State highways in the County of Cambria by the act to which this is a supplement1 the following sections of township road in said county, connecting the Johnstown Municipal Airport, which is included as a part of the national defense program, with existing State highways, are hereby adopted, to be taken over and to be maintained and constructed at the expense of the Commonwealth upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations and conditions provided in the act to which this is a supplement:
Beginning at a point on Route 276 near the Conemaugh Richland Township line, thence in a southerly and southeasterly direction through Richland Township to a point on Route 11012 near Sandy Run in Cambria County, a distance of about 1.7 miles.
Beginning at a point on Route 11012 about 2.0 miles east of its intersection with the Conemaugh-Richland Township line, thence in a northeasterly direction through Richland Township to a road intersection in Cambria County, a distance of about 0.9 of a mile.
