§ 2642. Contracts authorized
Currentness
The State Highway Department, through its head, the State Highway Commissioner, is hereby authorized to enter into all necessary contracts and agreements with the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of said act of Congress.
