§ 1758-501. Streets adopted as State highways
The following public streets in boroughs and incorporated towns are adopted as State highways to be taken over by the Commonwealth, upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations as hereinafter contained in Article V., and thereafter to be constructed and maintained by the Commonwealth in the same manner with like power and authority as provided by the laws of the Commonwealth applicable to State highways upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations as hereinafter contained in Article V.
