Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Philadelphia, and running through Elkins Park, Jenkintown, Willow Grove, and Horsham to a point on the dividing line between Montgomery and Bucks counties; thence by way of Neshaminy and Edison into Doylestown, Bucks County.
