Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Allentown, and running by way of Stetlersville, Schnecksville, Newhard, Slatington, and Lehigh Gap to a point on the dividing line between Lehigh and Carbon counties; thence by way of Bowmanstown, Weissport, and Lehighton into Mauch Chunk, Carbon County.
