§ 3158. Highway Department may borrow from Reconstruction Finance Corporation or other Federal Agencies for construction of bridges
The Department of Highways of this Commonwealth shall have the power and authority to enter into arrangements with the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, or any other agency of the Federal Government authorized so to act, for the advancement of the necessary funds to effect the construction of any bridge or bridges over rivers or streams within this Commonwealth. Said arrangements are to be effected without any financial obligation on the part of the Commonwealth or the Department of Highways.
