§ 992. Route 21. From Williamsport to Wellsboro
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Williamsport, and running over route twenty to Trout Run; and thence, by way of Steam Valley and Buttonwood, to a point on the dividing line between Lycoming and Tioga Counties; thence, by way of Liberty, Blossburg, Covington, Richard's Bridge, Elk Run, Dykes Mills, and Hollow Road, into Wellsboro, Tioga County; and by spur from Wellsboro to Stony Fork.
