§ 351. Powers and duties in general (Adm. Code § 1301)
Subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, the Department of Public Instruction1 shall continue to exercise the powers and perform the duties by law vested in and imposed upon the said department, the former Bureau of Vocational Education thereof, the former Bureau of Professional Education thereof, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
