§ 395. Plaque or memorial to memory of Theodore Rosen
The Department of Military Affairs of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby empowered and authorized to arrange for the design and permanent display in the City and County of Philadelphia on public grounds of a suitable plaque or memorial to the memory of the late Honorable Theodore Rosen. The Department of Military Affairs shall have the power to enter into any and all contracts deemed necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this act.
