§ 441. Powers and duties in general (Adm. Code § 1701)
The Department of Agriculture shall, subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, continue to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties by law vested in and imposed upon said department, the several former bureaus thereof, and the Secretary of Agriculture.
