§ 272.102. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Board.” The State Board of Medicine.
“Commissioner.” The Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs of the Commonwealth.
“Naturopathic doctor.” An individual who holds an active registration issued under this act.
