§ 195. Automobiles (Adm. Code § 515)
All automobiles required for the proper conduct of the business of the several administrative departments, boards, and commissions, shall be purchased and maintained by or under the supervision of the Department of Property and Supplies,1 except that the Department of Highways may continue to maintain automobiles purchased for it by the Department of Property and Supplies as purchasing agency.
