§ 248. Superintendent of Public Instruction (Adm. Code § 708)
Currentness
The Superintendent of Public Instruction1 shall:
(a) Exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the Superintendent of Common Schools, in the manner prescribed by law;
(b) Perform such other duties as may now or hereafter be imposed upon him by law.
