§ 611.7. Powers and duties of the State Board of Public Welfare (Adm. Code § 2327)
The State Board of Public Welfare shall be an advisory body to, and a consultative body of the Department of Public Welfare, with no power to approve or disapprove rules or regulations, and shall have the power and its duty shall be:
