§ 7603. Schools
The following schools are included under section 2:1
(1) A licensed barber school under the act of June 19, 1931 (P.L. 589, No. 202),2 referred to as the Barbers' License Law.
(2) A school of cosmetology as defined by section 1 of the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L. 242, No. 86),3 referred to as the Cosmetology Law.
(3) A school which provides an approved program of professional nursing under the act of May 22, 1951 (P.L. 317, No. 69),4 known as The Professional Nursing Law.
(4) A regionally accredited college or university approved under section 6(b)(2) and (3) of The Professional Nursing Law5 for education as a dietitian-nutritionist.
(5) A school, hospital or other educational institution that provides a program in practical nursing prescribed and approved by the State Board of Nursing under the act of March 2, 1956 (1955 P.L. 1211, No. 376),6 known as the Practical Nurse Law.
