§ 6-622-A. Commitment to ensure delivery of effective educational services
Currentness
The Commonwealth shall ensure the delivery of effective educational services to all students enrolled in a school district in financial recovery status under Subdivision (i)1 or in receivership under Subdivision (vi).2
