§ 20-2006-G. Report
An institution of higher education and a private licensed school shall report to the department on the implementation of the education program under section 2003-G1 and an institution of higher education and a private licensed school shall report to the department on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding under section 2007-G2 through the annual attestation of compliance to the department.
