§ 9502.1. General Fund deposit
Currentness
<Section 25 of Act 2022, July 8, P.L. 513, No. 53, provides that the addition of this section by that Act shall apply retroactively to July 1, 2022.>
Notwithstanding 4 Pa.C.S. § 13A62(c) (relating to table game taxes), beginning on July 1, 2022, the tax imposed under section 25021 and the tax imposed under 4 Pa.C.S. § 13A62(a) shall be deposited into the General Fund.
