§ 652. Prior lien of taxes
No lien created by virtue of the act of assembly, passed February 3, 1824,1 entitled “An act relating to taxes on certain real estate in the city and county of Philadelphia,” shall be construed to be within the meaning of the act of assembly of April 6, 1830,2 entitled “a supplement to an act entitled ‘An act for taking lands in execution for the payment of debts,’ ” passed in 1705.
