§ 255. Conveyances by married women
Currentness
Nothing contained in the first section of the act1 to which this is a supplement shall be taken to affect, or apply to, the separate estate of a married woman where the right to convey or encumber the same has been withheld in the will, deed, or other instrument, by which the said separate estate of the said married woman was created.
