§ 443. Unrecorded deeds void as against subsequent purchasers without notice
All such deeds remaining unrecorded for the said term of two years as aforesaid, shall be adjudged fraudulent and void against any subsequent bona fide purchase1 or mortgagee, for a valuable consideration, without notice.
