§ 615. Penalties
Currentness
Any owner who violates the provisions of section 3 of this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or undergo imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
