§ 264. Above act to apply only when possession has accompanied the title
The tenth section of the act of April 15, 1851,1 to incorporate the Meadville cemetery, &c., which provides for deeds defectively acknowledged out of the state, shall apply to cases only when possession of the land has been held by the person or persons claiming, under such title, during the period named in said section.
